By participating in our escrow services you
indicate your acceptance of these Terms and your consent to be bound by
them. Our terms for participation in our services is as follows:

Escrow is only available for lawful purposes. Payments are limited
to U.S. dollars. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations
may limit the escrow services.

| 2) |
It
is at our sole discretion to refuse to complete any escrow
transaction that we have reason to believe may violate any law. Each
user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses
resulting from any use or attempted use of our services in violation
of these Terms.

| 3) |
Each
seller in an escrow transaction shall transfer the item(s) directly
to the buyer, at the address specified. In the event we cannot
confirm the transfer from the seller within ten (10) business days
the seller authorizes us to return the funds (excluding our fees) to
buyer.

| 4) |
When
submitting an escrow order, the buyer may pay by PayPal. If the
buyer has not notified us of the non-receipt of the items within
(10) business days, then buyer authorizes us to release the payment
(excluding our fees) to the seller.

| 5) |
You
agree that your use of our escrow services is at your sole risk. Our
services are provided on a strictly "as is" basis. We do not provide
any warranties.

| 6) |
We
may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time,
without notice for any reason, in our sole discretion.

| 7) |
We reserve the right to change these terms
at any time. |
